California voters will have a landmark decision to make when they head to the polls this November: marijuana legalization is on the ballot. It's no coincidence, then, that stoner-hop legends Cypress Hill will host their annual Smokeout Festival at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino on October 16, less than a month away from the historic vote.

s most weed-friendly acts will come together for what's bound to be the fall's most anticipated festival, headlined by Incubus in their only scheduled North American performance of 2010. Also on the bill are MGMT, Nas & Damian Marley, Deadmau5, Living Legends and more.

Following their landmark performance of Black Sunday in its entirety at last year
s event (Check out our coverage of Smokeout 2009), Cypress Hill will make history again by performing their ground-breaking, debut self-titled album Cypress Hill entirely for the first time in their career. The album, which went double-platinum, catapulted the group into major critical and commercial success.



"Performing our self-titled album in its entirety is going to be a celebration and opportunity to treat our fans that have been supporting our music for nearly twenty years," frontman B Real explained. "We have a few more surprises to unveil as we prepare for SmokeOut and the upcoming vote in November. The SmokeOut exists to protect medical marijuana patient's rights and we encourage our fans to go to AmericansForSafeAccess.org to learn how they can make a difference. There are a lot of artists on this year's show that we love and respect. I can't wait to see all our fans, friends, and family back at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino."



Along with the music, the festival will also feature a full-scale medical marijuana expo,
massive munchie gardens,
and a 4:20 movie night screening
classic cannabis-themed films,
