A MAN has been found guilty of dealing cannabis from his Aberdeenshire home.
Stuart McGill was on trial at Peterhead Sheriff Court charged with producing and selling the drug.
The 34-year-old, whose address was given in court papers as Willowdene Farm, Chorley, Shropshire, was found guilty of producing and supplying cannabis at 7 Moray Road, Fraserburgh, between November 14, 2008, and January 25 last year.
McGill was also found guilty of producing cannabis at the address between April 17 and July 17, 2009.
Detectives claimed they found a potential
17,000 worth of the drug when they raided his home on January 25.
Sheriff Marysia Lewis deferred sentence on McGill until next month for reports to be prepared.
