I read he got a conditional discharge, but no idea if this was after a guilty plea or not. One thing stands out, the medical defence was well and truly shafted again, when will they learn? The Judge thought that Pinky was using some insanity defence by the sounds of it, but Pinky put him straight on that with medical evidence that he does not have mental problems (please resist). Anyway, apparently the judge thought Pinky an ideal candidate for a medical defence, but didn't want to risk creating a precedent (or as Pinky says, using him as a president).
